Where are those Hall of Fame counselors from out of the past? Did they even have a life after SGF? Find out here. Many old-SGF-ers cite one or more iconic counselors as having been long-lasting role models. No wonder - we had some of the greatest. These guys were so influential that it's odd to think that they were just a few years older than we were. Here are just a few of the hundreds of SGF counselors who have earned the SGFVC "Golden Mosquito" Hall of Fame award. Click to see the Original Golden Mosquito. To those counselors not yet featured on a page: hang in there, we'll nail you. Counselors marked with an asterisk (*) have their own pages. Click on their thumbnails to access their pages. And please keep checking back because we continually add counselors to this page. Please check out our extensive Photo Gallery and send pictures of SGF staffers, either as they are now or were back in the day, to Photo Submit. Oh yes, we've started a new Photo Gallery section for staff group pictures; check it out.

All of these '70s greats began as SGF campers.
This group planned and ran the 2008-2010 SGF Overnighters. Many are, themselves, former SGF campers. Although Uncle Martin went to Golden Slipper, he has become an SGF-er. We learned how hard it is to choreograph even two nights and to keep up with a bunch of rambunctious campers. Of course, we were older than those Hall of Fame Uncles of yore. Much older. "I really wish SGF was back so I could be a counselor there now." - Spencer Glass, 07/23/06
